Vladimir Rashevskiy resigns as EuroChem Group CEO

Zug, Switzerland, March 16, 2022 – EuroChem Group AG, a leading global fertilizer producer, announces that Vladimir Rashevskiy has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 15, 2022.

The European Union on Tuesday extended sanctions to Mr. Rashevskiy and 14 other prominent business figures from Russia.

While the move lacks any conceivable justification, Mr. Rashevskiy has stepped down in order to ensure the smooth running of the business and to help EuroChem continue underpinning global food security for millions of people worldwide.

He has also resigned as Member of the Board of Directors, effective March 15, 2022.

Announcements on new appointments will be made in due course.

EuroChem’s commitment to its thousands of employees and customers worldwide remains steadfast.
