In addition to investments in transportation, utilities, and social infrastructure, EuroChem plans to create over 3,000 new jobs to support its potash production there.
Recognized as one of the best in the Russian industrial sector, EuroChem’s internship program is another pivotal component of the company’s acclaimed HR management. The internship program benefits from the company’s network of training centers and the cooperation agreements it has in place with six Russian universities. Every year, 100 students are given the opportunity to intern at EuroChem. Over the last few years, the company hired over 1,000 recent graduates, including 182 in 2010.
