Moscow, 9 August 2011 – EuroChem today announced that it will publish its 2011 second quarter and first half IFRS accounts on Tuesday 16 August 2011 at 18:00 MSK. Consolidated financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2011 will be available at: www.eurochem.ru/investors/financials

The Company will host a conference call on Wednesday 17 August 2011 at
17:00 MSK / 14:00 GMT / 09:00 EST.

The call will include an overview of the Company’s Q2 2011 financial results and performance and a market outlook. The conference call will be followed by a Q&A session.
