Zug, Switzerland, 12 October 2017 – EuroChem Group AG (“EuroChem” or the “Company”), a top ten global fertilizer company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a new $750,000,000 unsecured loan facility on a club basis (the “Facility”).

The Facility is structured as a 5-year unsecured finance facility and includes a 2-year grace period. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and, as with the Group’s successful bond issue in July, serves to further reduce refinancing and interest rate risks.

Andrey Ilyin, EuroChem CFO, commented “The Group’s continued ability to successfully place unsecured debt highlights the high-level of commitment from its banking partners and EuroChem’s strong credit profile. We will use the proceeds to refinance our existing debt on more attractive terms with longer maturity.”
